Dedicated to the memory of Joan
Joan peacefully passed away aged 94 on 12th December 2017 at Meadowcroft Care Home.
Much loved wife of the late Cecil, a very dear aunt and friend who will be sadly missed.
Grateful thanks to all the staff of Meadowcroft Care Home Shoreham for all the care given to Joan these last few months.
